Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity, including submitting false return or damage claims.
3. Intellectual Property
Fan Art Disclaimer: All artwork/posters (like Anime, Marvel, DC, Cars, etc.) posted on this website are intended as fan art and are not purported to be official licensed merchandise unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
4. Custom and Personalised Products
Image Requirements: Uploaded images for custom frames, polaroids, and stickers must meet our quality standards. We reserve the right to reject files that do not meet print requirements.
No Cancellation on Custom Orders: Customised or personalised products (custom frames, polaroids, stickers, etc.) are final and non-cancellable once production begins.
5. Orders and Payments
Payment Methods: All orders must be prepaid. Payments must be completed at checkout using our available secure payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, etc.).
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are not fixed; they are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the distance (delivery location) and the total weight of your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders must be prepaid.
6. Shipping Policy
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically take 5 to 7 business days to be processed, dispatched, and delivered to your doorstep. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors beyond our control (like courier delays or public holidays).
7. Cancellation Policy
Custom Orders: Strictly non-cancellable once placed.
Non-Customised Orders: Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect. Change of mind is not a valid return reason.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To raise a valid return or damage claim, a clear, uncut, and continuous unboxing video of the sealed package must be submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.
