Using our website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to give correct information when ordering.

Orders and design approval

Orders are confirmed after payment. We share a design preview for your approval, and production starts only after you approve it. Please check spellings, names, dates and photos carefully.

Photos and content you send

You confirm that you own the photos and text you send, or have permission to use them. We may refuse any content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but your order is charged at the price shown when you placed it. All orders are prepaid because every item is print-on-demand. Cash on delivery is not available.

Shipping and refunds

Delivery and replacements are covered in our Cancellation and Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. We do not give refunds; damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced free of cost when claimed within 24 hours with an unedited unboxing video.

Intellectual property

The website design, logo, text and product designs belong to PICK YOUR FRAME. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events or other things outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
