Cancellation Policy: Custom and Personalised Orders: Orders for customised or personalised frames and prints are strictly non-cancellable once placed. No exceptions will be made as production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Non-Customised Orders: Cancellation requests for standard non-customised products are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
